Sink Into the Most Calming Meditation With This Relaxing Playlist

I started meditating about four years ago when I started college. It's one of the only things that truly centers me before I start my day or calms me after a stressful one. I'm also of the opinion that anything is better if you add music to it. It only makes sense then that I love playing music in the background of my meditation sessions. Music gives me a rhythm I can match my breath to, which allows me to more clearly focus during meditation. So, grab your meditation cushion or mat, and ease into a relaxing practice with this calming meditation playlist. I'm willing to bet you won't want to go back to sitting in silence.

Just remember, you'll need to download the free Spotify software or app to listen.
